Active Components

Active devices are the core control units of electronic products. Relying on semiconductor characteristics, they achieve signal amplification, switching control, rectification, and logic operations. They require power supply to actively regulate current and voltage, and are the foundation for all intelligent circuits to perform computation and driving functions. They include various diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors; integrated circuits IC (MCU microcontrollers, operational amplifiers, logic ICs, power management PMIC, driver chips, DSP, RF chips), phototransistors, and other discrete semiconductor devices.

Storage

Storage chips are responsible for the read/write and preservation of device programs, operating data, and information, and are divided into volatile memory and non-volatile storage, covering two major scenarios: high-speed running cache and long-term data storage, supporting data interaction needs of servers, AI computing power, mobile terminals, the Internet of Things, and in-vehicle devices.DRAM (DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM), SRAM; NAND Flash (eMMC, UFS, SSD particles), NOR Flash, EEPROM, Flash memory, ROM, and various other storage ICs.

Passive components

Passive components, also known as non-active devices, can operate without external power supply and do not have signal amplification capabilities. They mainly perform basic circuit functions such as current limiting, voltage division, filtering, energy storage, resonance, and impedance matching, and are indispensable foundational elements of PCB circuits. They include passive components such as resistors (chip resistors, alloy resistors, thermistors/varistors), capacitors (MLCC multilayer ceramic capacitors, aluminum electrolytic capacitors, tantalum capacitors, film capacitors), inductors, ferrite beads, crystal oscillators, filters, transformers, and resonators.
